If you miss a workout or fall behind in a program, just pick up with the current day. Keep in mind if it’s toward the end of a training cycle (such as the last few weeks of Awaken Training Series), your body may not be ready for intensity if you are coming off an illness or injury that has kept you out of the gym for a bit. Know your body and be prepared to adapt as necessary based on what you’re up for.
