Which track should I start with?

For most adults 35+ starting cold, FBB 101 for the first 4 weeks builds the foundation, then progress into PUMP LIFT (3-day strength) or PUMP CONDITION (5-day). If you travel a lot, MINIMALIST is built for hotel gyms and bodyweight. Switch tracks anytime in the app.

How long ARE THE WORKOUTS?

45-60 minutes for full workouts is typical, or 20-30 minutes for optional active recovery days. We're not going to ask you to train for 2 hours.

What equipment do I need?

Most tracks assume a basic gym (rack, barbell, dumbbells, pull-up bar). The MINIMALIST track needs only a single set of dumbbells and a bench. You can do this from a Marriott gym.

WHAT IF I'm COMING BACK FROM AN INJURY?
