Which track should I start with?

Most people start with PUMP LIFT 3 days a week - it's our most popular track and where the majority of members see their best results. If you're newer to this style of training, the FBB 101 Workshop is a great on-ramp. Not sure? How long do workouts take?

PUMP and PERFORM sessions typically run 60-75 minutes. MINIMALIST and PILLARS come in at 60 minutes or under. Every workout includes Short on Time notes if life gets in the way. There's also the PUMP 40 workshop for when you want a solid 40-minute muscle-building session and nothing more.

What equipment do I need?

MINIMALIST works with dumbbells, a bench or box, and a pull-up bar. The other tracks use barbells, plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a rower or bike - with substitution guidance throughout. PUMP LIFT also includes machine alternatives for anyone training at a conventional gym. There's even a bodyweight-only workshop if you need it.

Is this for experienced lifters only?

You'll get the most out of Persist if you're comfortable following a written workout with demo videos. That said, the FBB 101 Workshop exists specifically to bring newer athletes up to speed, and coach support is always available when you have questions. Detailed notes come with every session.

Do women do Persist?
