Pancake Challenge

Coach Note: Mobility is not finite. Every day, your sensation of "flexibility" will change based on number of different factors. Some days you will feel like Jean-Claude Van Damme and other days you will feel like the Tin Man. Respect how you are feeling that day and regress or progress appropriately.

 

Continue to remember our criteria for the pancake stretch:

  1. MOSTLY flat low back position.
  2. Stretch sensation in the hamstrings and/or adductors.

Short on time:

Standing Pancake x 1 min
3 way Pancake Stretch x 1 min L, 1 min R, 1 min Center
