Lifetime Memberships

Terms and Conditions for Lifetime Membership to PERSIST
By purchasing a Lifetime Membership to the Functional Bodybuilding training program PERSIST, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

  1. Scope of Membership
    • Your Lifetime Membership provides access to the following PERSIST training tracks: Perform, Pillars, Minimalist, Pump Lift, and Pump Condition.
    • This membership does not include access to any other coached or non-coached services, products, or programs offered by Functional Bodybuilding outside of the PERSIST training program.
  2. Lifetime Access
    • “Lifetime access” is defined as access to the PERSIST training program for as long as Functional Bodybuilding offers it.
    • If the PERSIST training program is no longer offered or is deprecated for any reason, there will be no replacement product, service, or compensation provided to Lifetime Members.
  3. Non-Refundable Purchase
    • This purchase is final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the membership is purchased, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.
  4. No Guarantee of Program Longevity
    • Functional Bodybuilding makes no representations or guarantees about the duration of the PERSIST training program’s availability. While the program is active, Lifetime Members will have access. However, if the program is discontinued, Lifetime Members understand and agree that no further products, services, or substitutions will be provided.
  5. Membership Eligibility
    • Lifetime Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared, sold, or reassigned to another person or account.
  6. Changes to Program Content
    • Functional Bodybuilding reserves the right to modify or update the content, structure, or delivery format of the PERSIST training program at any time without prior notice.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    • By purchasing a Lifetime Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Functional Bodybuilding regarding the Lifetime Membership.

Important Notice:
Lifetime Membership is a one-time purchase granting access to the PERSIST training program for as long as it exists. If the PERSIST program is ever discontinued, there will be no further deliverables for Lifetime Members.

 

 

Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee after a trial period (if available for your subscription – one free trial per user). You accept all responsibility for recurring charges until you cancel your subscription, which you may cancel any time at functional-bodybuilding.com/account/. We are unable to offer refunds for subscriptions that are not canceled in time or prorated refunds on our 3 and 12month subscriptions. If you begin a new subscription after a previous free trial period, you will be billed on the date your subscription becomes active. In the event of a cancellation or failed payment, your account and training history will be deleted, and access to programs removed. No Refunds will be made availble for lifetime memberships.

Restrictions on Use

 

By purchasing any ebook or individual Persist subscription, you agree not to rent, share, re-sell, reverse engineer, or sublicense access to any third party, or infringe on the intellectual property of Revival Strength/Functional Bodybuilding.

 

Purchasing the Persist gym license or individual gym programming with a coach entitles you to share programming with your clients and groups via the method of your choice, so long as the programming is not publicly available to a wider audience. (For example: you may share workouts on a private Facebook group for your gym, but not on a public blog.) You may also advertise a Functional Bodybuilding class for as long as your plan or subscription remains active.
