Pancake Challenge

Coach Note: Shiny objects can be distracting. There are constantly new tools and systems to improve flexibility and mobility. While almost all tools have their place, aim to keep it simple. Simple is sustainable and consistent, and at the end of the day the most important tool to continual progress in your flexibility is consistency. Find the mobility work that feels good for you and that you can perform on a frequent basis and stick to it.
