Pancake Challenge

Coach Note: Stay warm so you don't have to get warm. Are you feeling extremely stiff going into these mobility sessions? Does it take you more than 10 minutes to get warm for your training session every day?

 

This is reminder to try to incorporate more movement into your daily life. Not only will it improve your overall health and well being, it will also be SO much easier to get into a training or mobility session without having to go through those aches and pains.

 

If you do not know where to start when it comes to adding movement into your daily life, start with walking. Add a 10 minute walk sometime during the middle of your work day to keep blood flowing and increase your total movement for the day.

Short on Time:
Standing Pancake Hinge x 10
Weighted Pancake (straight back, butt elevated if needed) x 2-3 min
