Pancake Challenge

Coach Note: Working just outside your comfort zone. During this mobility challenge I have continually reminded you to choose the appropriate regression or progression based on your current mobility status. Some individuals consistently need reminders to regress movements, while others need reminders to progress movements and test themselves a little more frequently.

 

Try to reflect on other skills you have tried to learn. Do you need reminders to push yourself a little harder or do you need reminders to slow down? Apply this reflection to your mobility and exercise practice.
