Pancake Challenge

Coach Note: The final day of the mobility challenge! Great work staying consistent with your mobility practice. Your hips and low back are thanking you for the devotion to a consistent mobility routine.

 

Hopefully you have learned a few things and created more sustainable habits around mobility. Stay tuned for more mobility challenges in the future. If would like to work on a specific position in an upcoming mobility challenge let us know.

Be sure to take your "after" photo (easiest way is to set your phone in a shoe, film from the side, then screenshot when you're at your lowest point). Fill out the athlete reflection in the Challenge Log, and submit it by the end of the week to enter for a $500 gift card!
