Pancake Challenge

Coach Note: The easiest version of the pancake stretch begins in the standing position. The standing pancake uses gravity (and optional hand support) as assistance to create more optimal levers for this stretch. When in doubt during the pancake challenge, go to the standing pancake position. This will allow you to access the hamstrings and adductors regardless of your current mobility.
