Pancake Challenge

Coach Note: Improving hamstring length and hip mobility will likely lead to less back pain. If hamstring or hip mobility is limited, the low back has to compensate from somewhere to gain extra motion, often at the expense of excessive motion and force on the lumbar disc. This excessive force on the disc over time has the potential to cause lumbar disc pathologies (herniated or bulging discs). Improve your hamstrings and hip mobility, improve your back pain, prevent future back pain.
