Pancake Challenge

Coach Note: Get out of the chair and go stretch! At the heart of this mobility challenge and our previous Cardio Challenge is the principle of getting Functional Bodybuilders to move more.
 

Sedentary lifestyles are becoming the norm, and only those who are very conscious of their movement are currently not sedentary in our society. One hour of exercise is not enough to achieve all your movement requirements for the day.
 

While working out on a regular basis is a great start to improving your physical health, we need to continue to be mindful of how much we are sitting and make a strong effort to incorporate as much movement into our daily lives as possible.

Short on time: Standing Pancake x 1 min
Floor Pancake (Optional Butt Elevated) x 2-3 min
