You are half way through the mobility challenge and hopefully you are NOT living on a prayer. Hopefully you have set good routines and habits in place to be consistent with the mobility challenge. Whether it is 10 minutes in the morning or 10 minutes in the evening, or it changes every day, continue to be consistent with the mobility challenge to see incredible mobility gains. Get ready for the intensity to increase slightly in the back half of this challenge. You have put in the prep work to handle it. Good luck!
