2.130.867 in review for iOS
New and upcoming versions focus on network issues leading to lag and errors saving data. These updates include more logging to get data back to the development team quickly. Expect more frequent updates until performance is stable.
3/09/26: Version 2.128
- Logic to limit exercise guidelines to only display once per day (so users do not have to repeatedly dismiss the guidelines within the same workout)
- merged and removed duplicate exercise for FBB
- Fix to auto complete a workout when all of the exercises are completed, independent of the order of the completed exercises
- Google Health Connect integration
- this would allow Android users to connect their wearables. Caveat is that users will need to set up their wearable to sync with Google Health Connect (i.e., set up a Garmin account to sync with Google Health Connect)
- Added a way to open conversations (messaging) from workout screens
- added the ability to tag all users within a group chat
- adding ability to send an automated message to clients within a few workouts from the end of an assigned program (BUILDER)
- adding ability to select the displayed sender for automated messages (BUILDER)
- Automatically mark lessons as completed within a course
- ability to add multiple sets of an exercise using calorie metric (BUILDER)
- UX improvements for logging meals (reducing clicks, adding quick add for saved meals and saved foods)
- add the option to swap exercises once or persisting within the entire program

1/22/26 - New udpate adds nutrition info (fiber, sugar), fixes comments UI issues at the bottom of workouts, and new Apple Health integration for the Progress section. Also new Movement Library added including the mobility flows - more to come!
1/6/26 - 2.124.766 under review for release to Apple Store; includes bug fixes for helper text and data logging
12/19/25 - Nutrition bug resolved; other updates and fixes in progress
12/16/25 - Nutrition bug with grams throwing off total calories is in beta for QA; should be released as available update in 2-3 business days
12/13/25 - Nutrition tracking bug with amounts - escalated to developers, gathering more data currently.
Bench press data loss - fix not available, log a new PR or new data going forward.
12/12/25 - Bug when helper text is present in some supersets and strength sections where when the default text shows reps and tempo, it causes an error when trying to save. Version is currently being rolled back but may take a couple days to get through the app store - resolved as of latest version.
