Ebooks

If you are not satisfied with the purchase of an ebook, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected].

Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee after a trial period (if available for your subscription – one free trial per user). You accept all responsibility for recurring charges until you cancel your subscription, which you may cancel any time at https://functional-bodybuilding.com/my-account/. We are unable to offer refunds for subscriptions that are not canceled in time or prorated refunds on our 3 and 12month subscriptions. If you begin a new subscription after a previous free trial period, you will be billed on the date your subscription becomes active. In the event of a cancellation or failed payment, your account and training history will be deleted, and access to programs removed. 

Restrictions on Use

By purchasing any ebook or individual Persist subscription, you agree not to rent, share, re-sell, reverse engineer, or sublicense access to any third party, or infringe on the intellectual property of Revival Strength/Functional Bodybuilding.

Purchasing the Persist gym license or individual gym programming with a coach entitles you to share programming with your clients and groups via the method of your choice, so long as the programming is not publicly available to a wider audience. (For example: you may share workouts on a private Facebook group for your gym, but not on a public blog.) You may also advertise a Functional Bodybuilding class for as long as your plan or subscription remains active.
