Keith DeNinno has been involved with athletics his entire life. He has participated in multiple sports growing up, finally latching onto soccer in high school and through college. He graduated from Penn State with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology in 2010. Yet his passion for sport and fitness outgrew that career after a few short years of working full time in Engineering. However, that background of education has given Keith the skills to be a problem solver by learning how to assess, design, and measure outcomes, which is largely what the coaching industry is too.
Keith loves the challenge of working with all clients to help them navigate their fitness journey optimally, Keith wants to make a bigger impact helping athletes improve their sports performance, as well as tactical athletes, improve their outcomes for their jobs. But he thoroughly enjoys the challenge of working with all clients in helping them navigate their fitness journey optimally. He is constantly keeping himself up to date with the latest research and health and fitness education.
