Welcome to the Pancake Challenge! Over the next 30 days beginning 2/28/22, FBB Master Coach and Doctor of Physical Therapy Adam Fetter will guide you through a daily video to improve your hip and hamstring mobility, focused on the pancake stretch.
The pancake has great carryover to other positions, can help improve low back pain, and you can make amazing progress over a 30 day period if you spend just a few minutes per day. There will be a 10 minute video that repeats for 3 days, along with a Short on Time option if you only have a few minutes, plus a daily mobility tip.
